Representations and Warranties

PlayNow Casino makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, reliability, performance, or merchantability of the Services or Content, including but not limited to fitness for a particular use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlayNow Casino be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

• access to, viewing, downloading, or using the Services;
• reliance on Content provided through the Services;
• unauthorized disclosure of User information due to actions by third parties;
• breach of security measures; or
• other matters related to or connected with this Agreement.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated immediately in writing by PlayNow Casino without liability for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules unless both parties agree otherwise.

By accessing, viewing, downloading, or using any part of the Services, Users acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
